WHAT's UP with CPP Rotational Analyst Program
There's not many recent threads on CPP's Rotational Analyst program and am looking for insight on:
How does promotion / progression work ... will you lose out on promotions to people who did a banking stint? Or do they equally train/hire from within
What does compensation and WLB look like? Heard 120K-140K CAD but not sure if this is still up to date
thoughts on working at CPP in general, what groups have the best culture
My end goal is to work at a pension in PE ideally, and am contemplating pursuing an analyst program like CPP's or just returning to banking after my upcoming SA
