As an analyst about to leave my bank, I can guess they will start somewhat quickly. I've had two HH firms reach out to me for new hire emails already when they haven't even started yet and will be in training for the next month. Could just be very proactive on their part given they know I'm about to leave or it could be a sign of the timeline for 2025.
