Do you mean for summer 2009?

Recruiter meetings are not essentially done. People meet with recruiters well into the late summer and fall. In fact, recruiters will meet with you year round. I would say recruiter meetings are just getting into full swing and should go through May and June.
Or at least they did last year, who knows what will happen this year with the markets and all.
Recruiter meetings continue almost year-round actually... people can get jobs for 2009 as late as the fall and some do it even after that!
The biggest places are usually done with recruiting by May/June, but never say never... I had a friend who got interviews at some of the largest PEs well after they had officially finished with recruiting. If they like you and need people, it can happen.
