Where to go from private credit/direct lending

I am starting an analyst role at a private credit firm this summer (vanilla lending, $10B+ AUM) and I am wondering where this position can take me. More specifically, I am wondering if I can use the opportunity to land a higher-paying role elsewhere after a couple of years.

I'm a private credit analyst in a couple processes right now, mostly direct lending, harder to get looks from the equity side

Have you been going though HH’s? Anything other than direct lending opps?
