Work Visa (TN) Process with Job Offer

I signed and accepted a job offer at a pretty sizeable US firm a week ago, I'm going to be using the TN visa to come over but I haven't heard anything from the lawyers (Fragomen) and HR is ghosting me.

My actual MD has been consistently messaging me but he doesn't seem to know what's up so I know it's not that the team isn't hiring me anymore.

Should I just keep bugging HR and hope they eventually reply? I'm scared to piss them off and make this even worse.

How long did it take for the immigration lawyers to reach out to you for anyone else who used the TN for a job?

I'm really stressed out, I've been unemployed for a while...

Sounds identical to my process when I made the move to a US fund from Canada on a TN visa. Also used Fragomen. I got the initial outreach much later than was initially communicated and the sponsoring firm did not do a good job of communicating the timing or any follow-ups from the process. Whole process from first outreach to submission was long (1.5 months) because Fragomen was prioritizing near-term cases but I got my approval notice less than a week after submission (2 weeks before start). Thankfully did not have a request for evidence (RFE) but I know this can be the main hang-up that drags the process for months. Fragomen was generally good but make sure you get on the phone with them before crossing to set your "story" straight and do some research on the various points of entry (do not go thru Pearson). Good luck!
