Assuming you’re the person in the other thread that got the offer, so firstly congrats!! This team has a bad rep but I think a component of that is folks piling on each other saying it’s bad. I’d find past associates that worked there and left and reach out to them for more direct perspective
Ignore title - incoming associate in the hc group this summer. Have diligenced this topic pretty thoroughly out of my own trepidation and will say that I believe that it has a decently tough culture but the hours are average among MFs if not slightly better. In other words, would not suggest to have culture / hours be a governing factor as you think through options
