Academic Reading lists for real estate

Hi all, I've seen the real estate must reads thread which is great. However, alot of these books are a whole lot of opinion and story telling of various successes, I have also read(listened on audible) a ton of rich dad poor dad type books maybe 60, but now I want something more of substance, something you have to spend a bit of time on to learn new concepts. I prefer to pick a topic and study it as I dropped out of college, and try to educate myself. for EG, I found an old harvard business school reading list and currently studying a cost accounting textbook.

What are your top academic books? we're talking textbooks, nitty-gritty type books, ones which focus on a topic and you can get stuck into, more of a textbook study material than a bedtime reader.

Hopefully, we can compile a list similar to a top college reading materials list of the books you need to buy for the year to help myself and others who are looking to study or further our knowledge in business, economics and real estate in general.

ill start with 'cost accounting, a managerial emphasis 14th edition' its literally a textbook but I'm learning a ton as if I'm in a classroom and want to continue on this path for when I finish it by finding another topic that is relevant ideally a real estate finance, development or deals analysis type book.
