All-in Comp for 2nd Year Acquisitions Analyst?

I finished my first year at an elite investment sales shop in NYC in July (think CBRE, Eastdil, Cushman, JLL).

I have several interviews scheduled for acquisitions and asset management roles at middle market REPE shops and operators. Does anyone know what to expect for all-in comp at analyst level or associate?

I would join as a senior analyst with a path to associate by end of year one.

In the same position as you. Don’t have insight to share, but would love to hear how you are landing these interviews.

Don’t agree, I’m not at a MF (I’d say it’s UMM or MM? But I’m not at a BX, KKR, or Apollo.) and we pay our first years almost that much. I’d say $150k all-in is a good target with $180k to $200k being the ask. Any lower and you’re struggling to get by in the city.

Again the job market and economy are much worse than they were a few months ago so it’s hard to say. I wouldn’t die on this hill.
