Best way to learn ARGUS best practices & gain working knowledge of the software?

Would anyone recommend the AE Case Study Manual for learning how to model complex rent, expense recovery, NOI, and DCF valuation setups?

I have access to the software and am trying to use it to track performance of my company's owned assets (70-tenant office buildings, at their most complex). Looking to learn best practices and understand how to quickly input the right information to give me accurate property valuations.
