Bridges Fund Management
Can anyone provide any insight into this PE shop in London - comp, exit opps, strategy? I see they are recruiting for an analyst role at the moment.

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
Decent shop with capital to deploy. I would be curious to what its assessment process is like.
It also has a solid PE arm not only REPE.
I would like to know further too actually
It involves 3-4 rounds (conversations with the partners) and a modelling test.
Do you think it's a good shop based on your interviews, credible and reputable good place to go?
Yes I was impressed, seems like they are deploying capital in the right sectors of logistics, healthcare and residential and they are currently fundraising for a new pan-european fund. The comp was also above average IMO
Nice one dude, London hiring tough right now so assuming youll take it if not already taken
My only concern with these kinda shops is ability to lateral later to bigger funds and how they hold up in touch markets
What was the comp?
From memory i think it was between 80-100 base, 50% bonus and carry dependent on experience. This was when the market was hot though...
