CA Ventures (London office)

1) How is CA Venture's reputation in London/the European market?

2) They are advertising a role which depends on the investment team but the role itself is not purely investment. In the role you basically assist all divisions, including investments, asset management and property management. How do you see this as a career start in real estate? Would it be easy to then move to a purely investments role after some years in case I don't like it?
