CRE Lending Comp
I've gone through all of the recent threads and looked at the CRE database, but it doesn't seem like there is much information/data at the more senior level on CRE lending comp at a bank like BofA/Wells/JPM. Anyone know what the average senior (director+) makes at shops like this?
It depends. It is possible to make high 6 figures or more in these roles but it requires patience and luck. At this level most everyone can do the job, it comes down to politics and the right people liking you.
What is your vertical? Are you in the CMBS (conduit) space or something else,
Agency/balance sheet, not CMBS
I know at JPM, although I think title may be Vice President for that vertical, could expect ~ $200k base. Not sure about bonus.

yeah but this is purely driven by the deals you closed in the year
