Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate

Could anyone provide some insight on Crow Holdings Capital in Dallas, TX? They seem like a pretty strong REPE firm that focuses on all asset classes throughout the US. Would this be a solid analyst position?

I'm an analyst in REPE and Crow Holdings has an excellent reputation both locally and nationally. This opportunity is very much worth pursuing. Another plus is that their office is in a new development that Harlan Crow spearheaded called Old Parkland. The place is absolutely gorgeous and about the most coveted office space in Dallas.

Crow Holdings is the family office for the Trammell Crow fortune. I think they have raised 6 funds which includes contributions of like a billion dollars of their own money.

Super disciplined/smart investors. Amazing campus. Fantastic art collection.

Good firm, limited growth and questionable culture. Trammel has influenced alot of companies cultures, these guys no longer hold to Entrepreneurial spirit that he established.

If your wanting to ride the ladder up, this would be a good place for branding yourself and slowing move up, step by step. Check out glassdoor
