Bump - curious if anyone has interacted with DLP. Have a bit of a syndicator vibe to them, but apparently have a pretty good size (>$1B) multi portfolio in addition to other stuff. They've announced some big deals.
Lent to them a few times. They buy at a good basis and when the asset is slightly more distressed than a typical value add deal
have seen them post a TON of upper management roles on LinkedIn over the last year or so... take that how you will.
That place is a dumpster fire. Theyve had massive turnover from my understanding. They've posted for multiple senior level roles and have had those openings for awhile. Not sure whats going on with their portfolio.
They have a chief investment officer and chief financial officer role open...
