What do you consider dynamic?
Fully built out to include census ramp up inclusive of all unit types (I.e private, semi private, double occupancy, memory care). Rent increases. A full staffing model and projection based on HPPDs with a way to ease in the changes to this via an immediate switch from current performance to proforma numbers.
