Fund Rollup - Formula Based Distributions

I'm in the process of updating our fund level rollup model (7 assets currently). The current model requires manually inputting all property level distributions to the fund, which sum up to a fund level cash available bucket. The distributions at the fund level are another manual exercise. The justification for manual distributions was to handle intercompany (property to property) cash requirements, but curious if anyone has used a formulaic approach. My thought is a combination of IF statements and forward looking MINs.
