There's an originations group in Dallas. I've heard they place into REPE, but I'm not sure how common that is. You'd also have to work in Irving...
I see. So both groups do originations and Asset Management for their own deals?

When I had a superday in RMD, they were incredibly vague about what groups tackle what. Even when I got the offer, they said I'd be an analyst in RMD- not which group. They do have both, but there are six groups in RMD- and you won't know which group you get until you take the offer. They do have AM and IBD Originations, but obviously those are the most sought after in RMD. There's also BO and Market risk in RMD- so you don't really know what you're getting.
