Greystar Superday

Hi all. I just got an in person Greystar superday and I am really excited abut it.
Was wondering if anyone has any insight on how many people they invite to the superday and what questions will be asked more on the technical side? I want to be prepared for whatever they throw at me. Also any insight on how the culture is there and how is living in Charleston?  Thanks!

Can't help with interview type questions, but Charleston is great. Crappy traffic and tourists are the only downsides. You get the chill beach environment with good food, nightlife, etc.

Also on the culture side, most of the Greystar folks I know are solid people. Definitely a little fratty if that's your thing.

Assuming this would be for their internship and not for FT? If it's for the internship I would expect to be asked stuff like what's a cap rate, where would you invest 100 million, why this submarket to develop in, what's irr etc etc

Just curious - is this for full time (for their analyst program in Charleston) or for their internship? Curious to see if FT offers have all been rolled out for the program.

Assuming you did Project Destined? There should be some alumn who went through the internship recruitment process in Charleston. Would believe they would want to help.
