Help/Advice/What do I do

Hi everyone, hopefully this is the right place to post this.

I was a 3 year varisty baseball player for a large state school with a rapidly growing Finance program, athough not labeled as a "Target School", I believe it will get there within the next ten years, given the professors, alumni, and active progression.

However, since I played baseball, I never had the opportunity to get an internship over the summer, or even break into one of the trading clubs that the schools have (those are ran by fraternitys anyways, so you couldn't even get in). The school was kind enough to get me a real estate internship this semester in exchange for three credits, it's for a local firm and I've enjoyed it quite a bit. Now, since my resume is tailored towards so, I've applied and applied to companies around that niche to try and get my left foot in. I've contacted my school and tried to scavenge for some type of networking help but I was left empty handed. I've also looked through LinkedIN just to get rejected/ghosted by both recent and older alumni.

I believe what's holding me back right now is that the market is very tough given tariffs, etc, but it's also that I'm a senior. Although I now have experience, firms won't give seniors internships as they target juniors for them, and entry level jobs are tough to compete with regardless.

I need help trying to break into any sort of career. I'm happy to send my resume to anyone that would like to help, but I would also appreciate any type of advice that you all could give me!

Thank you!!
