LifeCo Equity Vp Bonus
Any idea on what bonuses are like at PGIM/Nuveen? Looking for a percentage or dollar amount. I’ve heard base can be around 180k in a city like Dallas.

Career Resources
Nuveen is more like 275-300 all in at director (their version of VP). About 50% bonus, 50% base.
PGIM seems to vary a lot more. I've heard 300 to 400 all in depending on group/function
Is this for equity or debt? Do you know what side makes more?
That is for equity. Right now, the debt side makes a little more (I've been told about 10% more) because they manage more AUM/have a higher volume of new investment than equity.
