I get the feeling they post ads just to collect resumes. I could be wrong but I have seen them post various positions but I have never heard of anyone getting a reply from them.
I got a first round with a very large REPE firm with a debt arm ($20+ bln AUM) that is a household name you'd recognize instantly. Had first round but it did not work out. They were professional but like most recruiters and sales people they're nice and responsive until their client doesn't want you and then they move on to the next. But if you're having communications with them then you likely match the needs of the role they're trying to fill.
They originally reached out for a spot at BX, but I was more expensive than they wanted. But the recruiter was great and kept me in mind for another higher level job that I got/accepted a few months later at another firm.

I've used them before for initial HF interviews.
They are very reputable. BX uses them among some of the other funds.
They reached out to me on behalf of Brookfield in the past
Does anyone have any updated info on this recruiter? Has anyone gone beyond an introductory interview or secured a job with them?

They're good. I've gotten inbounds from them for roles at Blackstone, Brookfield, Ares, King Street, Greystar.

They reached out to me - I wasn't looking at the time. Have no idea how I ended up on their radar.
