Looking for Advice

Hey all, I recently graduated college in OC and have been having trouble getting into CRE. I graduated college within 3 years to save money but was not ready and did not network and did not have enough internships/experience to receive any offers. I basically cannot compete with others at the moment for entry level positions. I have a couple internships on my resume but they're all small companies where I did not do too much, though I made it seem as if I did a lot more. I had to take an HOA management role for the short-term, and was wondering if any of those skills are transferable to CRE. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for next steps, should I try to look for internships even though I graduated? Should I network my way up? Should I work on excel skills?, etc

Thanks in advance.

Extremely tough time to graduate. I would keep taking classes and looking for internships so you don’t get the stain of being “unemployed” for a while.

Look for super entry level stuff like work as a leasing brokers assistant for free or something. Anything RE related is good. Next summer things should hopefully be better in the job market
