MSRE
I am currently an intern at a smaller real estate investment/development firm. This is my second internship in the industry (worked at a similar company last summer) and am thinking about pursuing an MSRE degree.
My thought process is if my parents are willing to pay for my masters degree, I will have more time to find a job during this terrible time in the market, I will have more experience when I complete the masters program, and the market could possibly be much better when I finish and am on the job hunt.
If anyone has any experience or knowledge on the MSRE degree on how helpful it is towards a job in this industry that would be helpful.

Personal Considerations:
In summary, pursuing an MSRE can be beneficial, especially if you are looking to gain more experience and wait for better market conditions. However, consider your current experience level and whether an MBA might offer more significant advantages for your career goals. Networking, internships, and the prestige of the program are critical factors to consider.

In my experience, a MSRE with two internships (and potentially a third if you do a two-year MSRE and intern in the summer) will certainly help you get a job.
If your parents are paying for it, by all means.
+1 with highlighting - you must graduate with 2-3 local and relevant internships to be competitive for a post-grad job (unlike an MBA program generally). Treat this as a hard and golden rule.
The most valuable thing you can get in this industry is experience. Unless you are certain you cannot land a RE job without a MSRE, I would recommend holding off until you have a few years of experience. It sounds like you already have solid internship experience and a good foundation, so I would try to land a role with what you have rather than jumping straight into grad school. A MSRE is great if you are trying to pivot or break in, but if you already have an in it may not be necessary at this moment.
