REPE AM Modelling Test / Case Studies?

Hi everyone! I have an modelling test coming up for a junior Asset Management role of a REPE firm (top 50 in WSP list).

What types of modelling tasks would I expect? Would it be similar to tests for Acquisition roles? Would it be the typical Operating Model/Cash Flow + Budget Forecast + Valuations + Debt/Refinancing + Exit/Sensitivity combination? I don't know the length of the test but it's onsite, and I assume it would be 2-3 hrs.

Also, would WSO's REPE Template and WSP's Multifamily Acquisition Model be relevant?
