Pain Points in RE Debt / Equity Procurement

To give context, I have spent most of my career so far in debt advisory, initially raising corporate debt, but over the last 5 years procuring debt and equity specifically for real estate.

After frustrations with the illiquidity, opaqueness and inefficiencies of the RE cap markets, I decided to work on a tech solution designed to automate project management and data capture, specifically tailored for those involved in procurement either in-house or as an advisor/broker.

I’ve put together a very short, 90-second survey (just 25 multiple-choice questions) to try establish if my peers feel the same pain points.

The survey is entirely anonymous and does not ask for any proprietary data.

Please DM or comment if you're interested

P.S. I’d be happy to share early access to the aggregated insights from the survey to contributors (i've already had respondees) !
