PGIM Real Estate Summer Investment Analyst reviews/insight??

Hey guys, I've got an interview coming up with the debt team for PGIM Real Estate SA internship in a few days. Does anybody have insight on 2 things:

1. How the internship is overall or the company for that matter

2. What the process for onboarding is like post-offer, specifically background checks like will they ask for my transcripts or check them? Because I'm worried about my grade showing for one of my classes I didn't do so well in last semester.

1. I know that they are part of Prudential's investment wing and one of the largest AMs in RE (good rep, big AUM $)

2. Got it, do they check transcripts and stuff like specific courses for the semester, enrollment status, GPA?

Most large institutions hire a third party firm to do background checks. They’ll likely call your school to confirm you’re a student there. If no one answers their call when they’re screening, they’ll request your transcript (from you) as proof you attend said university. If you lied about GPA then you’re prob fucked from there but if your GPA is the same and you have one bad grade doubt they care
