Does anyone know of any RE funds/groups out there that are mandated to look at both corporate and asset level investments in both the private and public markets (either through PIPEs, take-privates, or otherwise)?I'm thinking along the lines of a KSL type place with the addition of public investments, or a BX-similar in the way they do take privates + private investments.Any names or insight is appreciated.
