Recent grad looking to break into CRE...best Real Estate Modeling courses?

Background: studied finance at a non-target school in a metropolitan city in Canada. Parents had a few properties which I managed (I guess you could say I was the property manager at the time). I interned at the government for a summer doing billings (a/p & a/r - mostly managed databases and used pivot tables to gather info). Shortly after started off in retail banking as CSR. Thought it was a great opportunity at the time but we can't always stay in the role forever (still there after 2 years). Had some family issues last year so I got a bit set back networking and applying for jobs so I'm back on track now.

Fast forward to today. I'm doing the Canadian equivalent of the Series 7 course to get a bit more exposure to other opportunities but I've purchased the REFM boot camp as well as the Real Estate and Investments textbook by Peter Linneman.

TLDR/Question: Is this sufficient for real estate analyst interviews? Am I on the right track or is there more material that I should look into?

Judging by the username you can tell I'm not the most knowledgeable so thanks in advance!
