Recently landed offer at top REPE Fund - Comp negotiation help?!
I recently secured an associate 1 seat at a firm of the likes of KKR, Farallon, Sixth Street, CIM Group, BGO, Oak Tree.
Can you please (only if you have real data point) share any info you might have on comp at those firms for my level. Or please share a similar firms comp for associate 1.
I haven’t been able to find many sources through wso so would appreciate quick help.
Thanks guys!

Congrats. Will share 3 data points from personal experience / friends at Associate 1 megafunds (top 5 PE funds). Would note that this is all for front office originations/acquisitions. Comp differs immensely on the AM side. What was the offer you received?
150k base + 120k bonus
150k base + 100k bonus + 15k stocks
165k base + 100k bonus
What megafund is negotiating with a first year associate lol
What market?
Doesn’t matter for top megafunds
Take what you can get and don't get greedy in this market, don't blow it over a couple grand.
How did it go?
Magnam fugiat et magnam est in sint. Voluptatem labore sit harum nostrum iste nihil. Sint ipsa dolorum illo omnis.
