REIB Career banker or private credit?
All,
Currently VP at a top bank doing REIB. Have the opportunity to join a good private credit fund doing real estate financing. Not sure if such a move would make me happy given the difference in advising large corporates / working on real estate companies and lending against real estate assets.
Has anyone made a similar move previously? Any pros / cons? The offer come with an upgrade in salary and +1 on title (VP 2 vs VP 1…)
