REIT Comp in Chicago

I know REPE comp has been widely discussed and most are in agreement that a $120-140k range is to be expected for 3-5 YOE (Senior Analyst/Associate).

However, I’m curious what the range looks like for REITs. Currently interviewing for a SA/AS role and it’s shaking out to be around $110k base with a 20% bonus.

Lastly, what’s the standard for hours at a large sized REPE vs REIT? Assume over $10B AUM.

A data point from a Debt Fund in Chicago. First Year (Analyst 1) - 95k with 20-30% bonus. Analyst 2 - 105k + 20-30% bonus. Analyst 3/Associate is when you cut into the above 110k+ range. Hours 50 a week.
