LA + Orange county is the epicenter of CRE, in some ways second to NYC, in some ways not. If you were to count all of the private investors with offices along Ventura blvd in the valley and along Wilshire blvd on the West side, you would no doubt have hundreds. Many of the NYC PERE/REPE firms have offices in LA.

Think you got to be more specific (pacific?) with what you are looking for. Theres hundreds of companies: everything from Pere-100 firms to family offices with 200 unit portfolios. Plenty of opportunities for Acq or AM type jobs.
