REPE Proptech SA Interview

Hello monkeys, I completed my hirevue for a proptech sa internship for 2023, and have an actual interview within the next two weeks. Where do I go to learn PE technicals/ anything to do with REPE. Thanks from a fellow degen. -Ape

Are there any other resources out there? Never paid money for courses before and I’d rather not shell out 500 for something not guaranteed

Break into CRE usually puts his courses on Udemy for like $10-$50 I think, depending on if there's a promotion. I found his multifamily modeling ones in particular to be really good.

As for free stuff, your best bet would be just browsing the A.CRE site (especially their glossary), downloading some of their models and playing around with them, and I think Mergers and Inquisitions has some free/low cost materials too.

 

Thank you so much! Thankfully I leaned IRR and cash flows in an engineering Econ class, and the other technicals seem super easy. Just watched some YouTube vids by breaking into cre
