Congrats on the interview! For technicals, A.CRE is probably your best bet. Take their Accelerator or some Break Into CRE classes if you can. The latter is my favorite. Good luck!

Are there any other resources out there? Never paid money for courses before and I’d rather not shell out 500 for something not guaranteed
Break into CRE usually puts his courses on Udemy for like $10-$50 I think, depending on if there's a promotion. I found his multifamily modeling ones in particular to be really good.
As for free stuff, your best bet would be just browsing the A.CRE site (especially their glossary), downloading some of their models and playing around with them, and I think Mergers and Inquisitions has some free/low cost materials too.
