Project management/development to asset management?
Currently working at an owner's project management firm on ground up lab buildings but have been thinking lately of making the switch to asset management (property management oversight, strategic positioning etc.). Has anyone done the same? What would the pros/cons be? Assuming I'll cap out comp. wise faster in an asset management roll. - no carry/promotes on the table or equity in deals. Thank you ahead of time.
