Most people in RE masters programs already have a few years of experience along with their undergrad degrees. I think prospective MSRE/D students sometimes overestimate how much the masters degree matters. Yes, it can help you, but ultimately employers are going to care about what you know, which is primarily a function of what you've already done professionally.
Eastdil or HFF under a monster stud broker. You could make up to $150k probably, maybe more dependent on base salary. That money will be earned though...
