VP/Director Level Comp on the LP Side?
Does anyone have a sense for what a typical comp structure would look like for an acquisitions/AM role on the LP side ($1-2B fund size)?
I know once you get to these senior levels, a lot of comp is weighed into carried interest. I'm trying to get a sense for a fair base salary + bonus. This job would be based in Texas, and the fund invests in residential, mixed-use, and neighborhood retail assets (all risk spectrums).

If director equals VP with 5-10 years, 250-350k. All in.
Thanks! any meaningful variances based on location? I know Texas tends to pay lower than the northeast, but I'm not sure if those pay gaps are tightened with more senior roles or not.

I’m not sure of the comp but have you made your way through the giant comp forum and the Google sheets file with comp data? It might have a couple data points to help you out.
