What do you read to stay up to date in CRE?

What does everyone read to keep up on the RE industry? Right now I just use WSJ, theRealDeal, Bisnow and PERE to follow news and industry trends, but interested in finding other resources.

I've found TRD to be mostly deal news, and mostly useful only if you were a brokerage and not in acquisitions like myself.

Market outlook reports. There are some firms that I can think of right now (Nuveen, CBRE, PwC, LaSalle etc) that has released their 2023 market outlook. Check ‘em out

I need to be better about reading up on our field. I get into the weeds on a daily level with my deals and should be paying attention to the big picture too. I find Bisnow's emails are good to look through. They link to some decent stories.

Honestly, I'm a big fan of CoStar news despite how gimmicky some of it is (especially their profiles now that the market's slower). I haven't set up my chosen markets/topics so it serves me a random array of news which is a great way to keep a pulse nationwide because they show market analytics, deal breakdowns, etc. from all over the country. I also subscribe to Goldman's weekly briefing to keep an eye on other financial news. GlobeSt is great as well but I don't always find their stories as interesting lol

+1 also on the local BizJournals for your area, we get a briefing to our emails at my firm which is handy to scan for local economic news that can affect how you view deals, etc.
