  • This is not Baruch's resume format.
  • Don't like the qualifications paragraph... either condense to one sentence or remove completely.
  • You need to really bulk up your work experience. Try to get any reasonable office internship (no chance at a BB yet, well at least w/o personal connections).
  • Everyone knows Word, Excel, PP... practice and get to the level where you could put advanced Excel, macros, VBA, etc.
  • Did you belong to any clubs? Leadership role?
  • The entire skills, activities, interests section is very weak. Baruch offers Bloomberg & Reuters workshops (among other programs)... attend them, practice on your own, and add to your resume.
  • Consider signing up for the CFA level I program for next year (you may have to be a college senior). It will make up somewhat for your low GPA.

Either use Mergers and Inquisitions' format, Wharton's format, or your school's proprietary format.

And get rid of the Qualifications thing at the top. I don't even know what you're trying to do with that, dizzizzawg.

Add major GPA, if it's >3.5. The 3.2 may be a problem.
