Critique an Entry-Level Rez

Anyone care to tackle this thing? Feel free to tear it apart.

It's gone through countless revisions at this point but at this point, I think it's okay.

Recent experience was with an ER firm, looking for sales and trading, but really at this point, whatever.

Last offer went the way of the market in recent weeks so top notch resume is essential.

Thanks for the help.

Cut some of the non finance related jobs and get some finance related extracurricular clubs on there.

The overall format of the resume looks pretty good, but you need to develop your bullet points more. You state what you have done, but not how you did it. How did you identify the hedge funds, what process did you use to qualify them?

I would definitely take some of the less relevant work experience out and put a skills section in there.
