Your company isn't really a tech startup you just fix other peoples electronics. I also see that you already asked for help on your resume in a previous thread but this is basically the same thing.

At a certain point if you didn't do the necessary stuff and don't have a super high GPA (from a NT) you might have to settle for something to springboard you to a good opportunity next year for FT.

I would try to apply for small shops or maybe a regional office and try and build your resume in any way you can prior (I.E workshops, PWM internships during the year just something that is actually in the industry).

Breaking in from a NT is nowhere near as impossible as people make it out to be but it takes a ton of handwork and luck. Keep working hard and hopefully you can kill it.
