How can I include my involvement and investment in a PE on my resume?

Hello everyone!

This is my very first post/discussion. I'm a finance graduate from John Molson School of Business (Concordia University) in Montreal, Canada who's trying to break in IB or PE.
I would appreciate your input on how to optimize this experience in my resume to increase my odds of breaking in!

I recently made an equity investment and participated in the Leveraged Management Buyout of a software developer located in here. Although I have no voting rights (alongside with other investors), I want to include this experience in my resume in the best possible way.

I wrote the following to describe the experience:

Title: Private Equity Investor and Advisor

Participated as an investor and an analyst in a leveraged buyout of a private equity firm
Analyzed the past 5 years financial statements using vertical, horizontal, and ratio analysis approaches
Forecasted and projected 5-year integrated financial statements using scenarios analysis and operating assumptions
Conducted sensitivity analysis on IRR using a range of exit multiples and Exit Years as variables
Calculated Enterprise Value at exit using EBITDA multiple approach and conducted sensitivity analysis on EV
Gained practical financial valuation and modelling experience and improved financial and analytical skills

The deal was signed and sealed, and I will be advising the management team on their expansion to the Middle East and Eastern Europe in the future, as I have experience and connections dealing in thise regions from previous work experiences.

Also, my I graduated with a GPA of 3.38 / 4.3. I have included my GPA on my resume (without the scale of 4.3) under my education. Should I keep it or remove it??

Thanks a lot, CHEERS!
