IB Resume Which do you guys Prefer???

Hey Guys Here are my 2 resume's I worked a bit in Audit with accounting and then finally got a break to work in trading. Unfortunately trading didn't cut it for me so now I am looking to get into valuation with in IB. I have always enjoyed financial analysis due to its complexity.I find the work very interesting and would like to build my career around it. Anyways please look my resume's and tell me which you guys like more and if possible provide some constructive criticism on the one you prefer. I really do appreciate all of the help. And will be cold emailing and calling banks in NYC, NJ, DC, and MD to get any opportunities at an internship to get my first break and prove my worth in the office. Thanks for all of the Help.

I like the second resume where you put your personal ventures. It looks more professional and makes you seem well-rounded, which I personally think is a good quality.
