Interesting tool for constructing a resume - Wordle

For those whom the rest of this is tl;dr, a haiku:

They spare but a glance Your resume reeks of shit? Consider cutting

=====================================

This post is on a personal favorite site, wordle.net - while I use it for a lot of things not related to resumes, I think that as a tool for constructing a resume, it is top notch, especially for people with less definitively business based backgrounds. For those of you out there who are not acquainted with me, I personally have an interest in non linear methods of thinking/interpreting things. It is common knowledge that the average person reading over resumes will spend a miniscule amount of time on each, with the commonly acknowledged amount of time being anywhere between 5-30 seconds per resume. It is thus important to make your resume as appealing as possible, and I have considered how to do that.

The M&I format is excellent, but when you are just starting off in the field, you may not have as much experience to really put across as relevant. This brings me to Wordle.net. Wordle takes all the words in your resume, minus the common ones (the, and, for etc.) and ranks them on the number of times they are used, then puts together a picture of them in a random order so you can get a very general feel of what your resume might look like to a person who is skimming it, in a non rational/linear manner. Consider the example of the US constitution which is uploaded here. So feel free to use this site - when your resume is getting skimmed in 5 seconds, it could be a make or break to have a concise resume that can be easily and readily understood.
