I dont think anyone is going to waste time reading it if is in this format. Just use Razume, you'll get better results
I think you should keep things simple and within one page. And also what position are you applying for? If you have something interesting such as sport might add abit of interest. meanwhile for the Excel skills, emphasise on a few, not the whole chunk.
