Recent MBA grad, leaving a boutique after graduation.
I recently graduated with an MBA from a non-target school and am looking to continue career in i-banking. I spent the last year working at a boutique, but decided to leave, because the partners want to keep the business at a "life-style" level, which means no room for growth for me down the road.
I'm looking at 2nd year analyst positions with PE firms and middle-market i-banks. Any advice/critique/insight you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
Use M&I template to describe responsibilities/deals
how'd you get a 730 gmat and only manage a top 35?
@track GMAT is less important than the kids on here think it is (which can be good or bad). Definitely explains the scholarship though.
With respect to the resume, I assume the undergrad GPA wasn't too salty since you didn't list it. I would lose the "objective" or whatever you want to call that top paragraph. Also "Ivy" is spelled like that, not that it would appear on your actual resume, but just fyi.
Tough to break in if you didn't land anything through OCI but just network your ass off. Definitely read stuff on M&I as Short recommended.
