Resume Advice – am I completely screwed?

I'm a rising senior, hoping to apply to banks/consulting. This summer I took an accounting course but had no internship/work experience. The previous two summers I did a stint at a consulting firm. What should I put on my resume so that there isn't a huge looming gap under "Summer 2009." I also did some research on a thesis (humanities), fwiw.

Or am I just completely screwed?

GPA's solid, from a decent school (albeit not one that the huge banks traditionally target) + sick ECs. The consulting place is relatively unknown though.

How should I indicate that that's what I spent my summer doing though? I can't really write more than a line about the fact that I took the class, and I wouldn't want to create a new category for it. At the same time, I don't want it to look like I didn't do anything whatsoever over the summer. That's my dilemma.
