Resume GPA Rounding for Experienced Hire
I have worked with a Big 4 firm for the past 2 years, and wanted to transition into bank analyst role. I know banks are strict about GPAs. I had an undergrad GPA: 3.55; wanted to see if I can round up to a 3.6? Do Banks ask experienced hires about their transcripts even after 2 years of being out of undergrad?

why does everyone ask questions like this? If it is >=.05 it rounds to .1. If they would ever question it (which they probably wouldn't) saying you rounded to the nearest tenth would be more than acceptable i'm sure. It's not like you're putting 3.60 (that's lying). (Disclaimer still in undergrad, but it seems like common sense)
I don't really understand what you just wrote? I am putting a 3.60...
Then you're lying if you do that. a 3.6 is different than a 3.60
Seriously, the purpose of rounding is to get rid of decimals!!!! It's absolutely fine to round to one decimal, assuming you follow to rules of rounding (note to OP, a quick google might be of some value)
