two suggestions, off the top of my head: 1 proofread your resume (there are spelling mistakes and grammatical errors under every single heading) and 2 omit the section about transferring to a “semi-target” and replace it with one that names the specific school you are planning to transfer to.
above all, address the issue of editing. if the analyst skimming your resume notices so much as a typo, you're fucked.
Don't listen to Sirbankalittle, he's an idiot. I too transferred with a 3.5 GPA and I'm doing PE in Canada for oil and gas next summer. I'm also President of Sales and Trading at BYU which is ranked #5 by BusinessWeek for their undergrad business program. If you want it bad enough, you'll get it. Until now, work hard and know that GPA doesn't mean anything. I now have a 3.4.
If you can transfer that is not as huge an issue. Still you would be transferring to a school where it is still hard to get into banking.
Your education is first. You are not an "experienced hire" at probably 19/20
