UK Semi-target Resume review

Hi guys,
I am about to go into second year at my uni in the UK, getting ready for SA applications (London).

In addittion to the corporate finance internship I am currently doing, I have another lined up at a small Polish Asset Management firm in late August.

Will be applying for an IBD role, most likely M&A.

Thanks in advance

EDUCATION: - change "Expected Graduation Date: May 2015" to 2015 - get rid of school stuff and change first uni bullet with results no one will read but leave your GPA, you being 1st, add IB total resuls (no "A-levels equivalent"), omit specific results (chances are, no one will read or understand what 7 is out of), leave SAT and get rid os relevant coursework. Once again, only uni with bullet for uni resulst (GPA), another bullet for pre-uni examinations (IB, SAT) and omit specific results (they do not tell much, and your micro seems to be poor)

something like this:

University of Bristol Bachelor of Science in Economics & Management - GPA: 72/100; 1st in the class (or is it 1:1?) - IB: 42/45; SAT Reasoning: 2150/2400, SAT Subject Tests: 760/800 In Mathematics Level 1, 680/800 in Physics

SKILLS, ACTIVITIES & INTERESTS: - get rid of references - get rid of ",;" after Polish - maybe include less activities and interests but elaborate on some of them (championships) - get rid of video games - detach or make "volunteer work" bold font

WORK & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: - change "January 2012 - June2012" to "January 2012 – June 2012" - change "WORK& LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE" to "WORK & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE" - you will be able to get rid of "Wasabi Club" with AM firm, it is not impressive

Let me know if that helps

did badly at my Oxford interview, LSE & UCL saw I have Standard Level Maths and they wanted Higher Level only. Applied to LSE & Oxford again this year but they both gave me unsuccessfulls, even though I chose subjects that do not have compulsory HL Maths (pure Management and Accounting & Finance at LSE)
