Where to BIWS based on experience -- critique as well!

Looking for some solid feedback on my unconventional resume.

This is the current format I've used for all of my past internships. I've noticed it is starkly different from the rest posted here. More than willing to change format to suit the needs.

I am curious what positions I should be focusing on to BIWS based on my past work experience and current qualifications.

Thanks!

Are you applying for Creative Designer positions?

I like it.

But, to be honest, I have a gut-feeling that only the strongest applicants (supreme pedigree with high academic distinction, work experience in only the most competitive cachet of peerless prestige, etc.) stand a chance in passing the initial screen by playing up on the unconventional.

I have seen many successful top B-School applicants adopt a similar, UX-optimized colorful layout when composing their resumes. Also, this brings up a good point about generally-accepted principles of style. It is only through the efforts of sacrificial vanguards pushing the bleeding-edge of what is acceptable that conformists are empowered with the confidence to adopt the only-recently fashionable--upending the entire stylistic preference of the herd! We need more brave souls like yourself out there to prime recruiters with the initial data of familiarity and pave the way for our restructured format.

I like how you have differentiated yourself. It's different from the others; yet, it's concise & not sloppy (automatic dings in many recruiter's books).

All the world's indeed a stage, And we are merely players, Performers and portrayers, Each another's audience, Outside the gilded cage - Limelight (1981)

Don’t differentiate yourself just for the sake of just being different. Be unique with how you word your bullet points and your heading titles, but not in the layout of your resume (unless you’re applying for a creative design position). If the content is strong, that’s all you can ask for. A creative format will never get you the interview, but if can get you rejected easily. Imo, it’s a very high risk, very low reward move (like wearing a 3-piece suit to a networking event). Also, most of these resumes are printed black and white, so adding color is probably a waste of time.
